A Participatory Scaffold for Meditation

The project Cellular Refuge: A Participatory Scaffold for Meditation explores layering, complexity, and collaboration to achieve harmony between humans and nature. This sensitively placed scaffold in the forest evolves participatively, offering meditation, collective growth, and coexistence for humans, flora, and fauna. Built on a 30x30x30 cm grid of 600 elements using 25x25 mm wooden sticks, visitors are invited to help construct and evolve the structure over time. Cellular Refuge supports human, animal, and plant development, incorporating prayer flags, bird nests, moss, and fungi, all contributing to the structure's ongoing growth and interconnection.
